Iconic Crater

Diamond Head is an iconic land feature on the Island of O’ahu in Hawaii, lying at the southern end of Waikiki Beach. From the beach Diamond Head resembles the dorsal fin of a fish. From above, the bowl shape revels its former geological life as a volcano. Day light photos of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach are the most common.

Less common, but just as impressive, are photos taken as dusk turns to night.
