After their win in the 2022 Rose Bowl Football Game (played on January 2, 2023), many of the Penn State football players had photos taken with long stemmed roses between their teeth. As Sue and I walked past the Lion Shrine on campus a few days later, we noticed that someone have laid a rose on the The Lion.
