Support the Alma Matter 1/14/23

Sue and I were in graduate school at Indiana University concurrent with Bobby Knight's initial years as the head men's basketball coach. We have followed IU men's basketball since. We even scheduled a trips through the mid-west so we could be in Bloomington for a game - Assembly Hall is always a 17,000 seat sell-out for a men's basketball game.

Since Penn State joined the Big 10, tickets to a Penn State vs Indiana men's basketball games here at University Park have been a common mutual Christmas gift, as tickets were for Christmas 2022.

In January 11, 2023 game IU led early and the score was tied a number of time during the first half, but IU fell behind and PSU won 85-66. Of course, we believe things would have been different if three IU starters were not injured (two not able to play). Still, it is always fun to get out the cream and crimson gear to cheer for the Alma Matter.
