Basketball Boot Camp

Earlier this week, as I was was on my regular bike ride out and around Beaver Stadium, I noticed a group of young ladies involved in a boot camp type exercise group in the grass off the edge of the stadium parking lot toward the soccer fields. Nothing unusual to see on a university campus early in the morning, especially given the building that houses ROTC programs is nearby. However, what caught my attention on one of my laps was the height of some of the young ladies, as well as the presence of the Penn State Lady Lions Basketball Head Coach. What caused me to stop to take a photo with my iPhone was an apparent team building activity they seemed to especially be "into" - during which the young ladies were cheering and joking as they took turns in pairs boxing (with appropriate headgear and body padding).
