Weather is Situational?

Unlike these three boys who apparently are enjoying the hot sunny beach in Margate City, NJ in 1954, over the past few weeks sections of the US have suffered under similarly high temperatures brought on by meteorological features known as “heat domes.” This goes to show that weather can be situational. Funny thing, the boys have a striking resemblance to my two brothers (twins) and me.
