Sewing Women

Today, 16 UMW members from St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in State College came together with material, thread, scissors and sewing machines to help keep girls in Rwanda in school. They made reusable (washable) sanitary napkins so girls do not miss four to five days of school a month. This post includes a much greater number of photos than usual in support of these sewing women who are sowing seeds of support for girls in Rwanda to be able to attend school.

Carol, who has been leading Mission efforts in Rwanda, adds words of encouragement.
