While these may look like clouds viewed from the window of an airliner flying at 30,000 ft,

it is the unique pillowed shape on the surface of an 8 inch snow fall that fell in State College overnight on Saturday.

And where do folks in State College go on Sunday morning after shoveling that much snow? Where they typically go - to the Waffle Shop for a hardy breakfast. And though the streets were empty of car, there was a wait line, which also is common.
