Wild Flowers Galore

The wild flowers are in full bloom and glory along Lower Trail, as per these photos of the same south-facing hillside taken at mid-afternoon (above) and earlier at mid-morning (below). The very wet spring central PA facilitated their development as well as high water in the Frankstown Branch of the Juniata River, which the trail follows.
