Pine Creek Runs
The spring was very wet in central PA, as it has been in other parts of the country. However, the first two days of summer have been warm and dry, and perfect for a Sunday afternoon bike ride on the Pine Creek Rail-Trail.

The ride between Slate Run and Cedar Run was particularly exciting. Not because the creek was above flood level, which it was, but because about a dozen runs coming off the mountain side at tail's edge, ones that are typically dry, were 20 - 30 ft high waterfalls. A few additional examples follow:
