Over the Edge 2

My 10/11/18 Post was about our son-in-law, Troy, going "Over the Edge;" He rappelled down the 12 stories of the Frazier Centre in downtown State College to raise money for two local charities - Interfaith Human Services and the Faith Centre. Jane found the prospect of rappelling down the building in support of the two charities exciting and was anxious for the opportunity this year. That opportunity came this morning.

Unlike the day the above photo was taken of the Frazier Centre, this morning the weather was cloudy and windy with a misty rain. The wind especially made the rappel challenging. A few short of 70 community members rappelled raising $86,400. Jane raised $1,500 for the charities. And yes, that is Spider Man rappelling next to her. Santa rappelled later in the morning practicing foe Christmas Eve.
