Giant Panda

In 2010, the San Diego Zoo had two Giant Pandas on load from China: Bai Yun a 27 year old female and her 6 year old male cub Xiao Liwi. The two had been the major attraction at the zoo, but they were about to be returned to China. As a result, the line outside the Panda Enclosure was especially long. Employees kept the line moving by limiting the time visitors spent inside the Panda Enclosure.

During our time in the enclosure (roughly 5 minutes), Xiao Liwi was lounging on an elevated platform. Bai Yun was nearby on the ground eating.
