Photo of the Year?

My choice is this image of a counter-protesting medical professional who was blocking traffic among those in Denver who were protesting against social distancing and related measures put in place by the Colorado governor to guard against the spread of COVID-19. It appears to be a case of "fighting fire with fire" given the protesters intended to use traffic jams as a means of protest. How ironic!
