3 Dots is an organization located in downtown State College established to "...catalyze all things arts, innovation, civic engagement + community in central Pennsylvania."

These are photos from an 4/5/22 3 Dots event during which international students from Penn State, including a number of Humphrey Fellows, shared stories about objects, people and events that changed the trajectory of the their lives. In order of appearance they include: Joelma (Angola), Angela (Peru), Nagwa (Egypt), Vuyo (South Africa), Zainab (Saudi Arabia), Cindy (China), Dirua (Papua New Guinea) and Shahla (Iran).
