The Fourmile Branch (creek) feeds the large Bass Pond on Biltmore Estate in Ashville, NC. Biltmre Waterfalls is actually the spillway on the Bass Pond where the flow again becomes a creek. The wooden bridge over the falls is on a footpath that can be entered from the estate grounds or nearby Winery Approach Road. This photo was taken from the road in early April.
