Return to The Lake (9/25/20)

As per the 9/10/20 Blog entry, The Lake, we returned to Lake Perez to hike in a natural area and the fresh air. Unlike on our earlier visit, it was a cloudy day with no wind, but that created the perfect conditions for the lake to act as a perfect mirror. The effect was stunning.

While there, we saw only four other hikers and a couple putting their tandem kayak in the lake, plus a Canada goose who did not migrate with the local flock, probably because it knew it was too old to survive the trip.
