I am breaking away from the "Wednesday Reprint" series to share this photo (a scan) of our son, David, on Thanksgiving Day 1982.
When you are 2 years old, the Thanksgiving Turkey is especially exciting, as it was for him. As my Uncle Charles would say at the Thanksgiving table every year when I was a child, this turkey was "done to a turn."
